DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped via designated courier service provider and the duration is approximately 3-10 working days depending on area (within Malaysia & Singapore).
We will inform you the tracking number after shipping so that you can check the status at any time.
HOW DOES THE PROOFING PROCESS WORK?
Get excited to see your very own personalized proof? Awesome! You gonna receive the proof via email within 1 business days after payment received.
We help you revise up to two (2) rounds. If there is anything to revise or update, email the revise details, let us work out for you. Within 1-2 business days, we’ll send you SECOND/FINAL PROOF for your review.
Unfortunately, if you need additional revisions after two (2) rounds of revisions, each additional round of revision will be charged at RM20.
Notes: Photo(s), wording & font type are allowed to change during the revision rounds.
